Jury slide.
Hubby gets called pretty often. I got called once. I talked to the Lady who does the jury list—I knew her from volunteer work.
We agreed that every one should do their duty and sit on a jury, but I bemoaned the fact that even though I showed up (and was there for 5 hrs.) I didn’t get picked, and would likely never be selected.
Then I explained to her why they would never pick me and she agreed that they probably wouldn’t. That was it-I didn’t ask to be removed or complain about the waste of time-just said I really would like to serve but....
Amazingly, I have never received another letter for jury duty. Ha.

I wanna talk to her hahahahahahhaa. I’m either called to my city or I have to go downtown which a pain! It wasn’t bad when I could park at Horton Plaza downtown San Diego and go shopping at the mall. But that’s a ghost town now.
