The slam dunk is necessary to insure the jury does the right thing. Mistrial, not guilty, etc - NOT happening with Durham. There is no need to worry about this at all, not at all.

My concern is how many guilty escape using the slam dunk criteria.
Please stop worrying. The evidence against the wrong doers in the previous administration and oozing into this one, is iron clad. There is not a chance they will get off due to lack of evidence.

I want the criminals prosecuted as soon as possible but with liberal judges I don’t want things to drag on like Flynn’s case. And if they got off would double jeopardy prevent them being tried again.

But there is another side to that coin - people that are NOT guilty getting sent to the big house for something they did not do. E.G., Roger Stone, General Flynn, some nobody that made a video that was blamed for Benghazi.
