That’s been in the news, if it’s Chicago. I see tweets about fake DL fairly often, haven’t posted them all. It’s a huge major thing.
I remember in SF years ago knowing a foreigner who got a forged DL, there were people churning them out 30 years ago.
Well of course we all know that Driver’s License and identity stuff is forged all the time.
What caught my eye was that these were from China, China, China.
