CBJ gave up a lot of shots but they do an excellent job of defending in front of their net. They don’t give opponents much room to skate which is why Kucherov was the invisible man yesterday. They are also really good with their sticks and those big bodies fill a lot of space and do a lot of blocking. Bolts will need to get inside more otherwise they’ll spend the game playing catch with Korpisalo from a distance.

That’s great they come away with a Win, and Wins in hockey aren’t easy. BUT.. if Tampa burned up half a tank of gas to do so while Columbus only ate up 1/4 of a tank, that’s a problem...
