Hmmmm, my version had 2 options.
1 said, Turn Off Adblockers and Continue.
2 said, Sign-up and support to continue.

Outline doesn’t work for an increasing number of sites, but I got a browser extension on Brave called Hover, and it works like a charm, for the WSJ and everywhere I’ve tried it so far.
