I’m pretty sire Naples has changed since 1966. Then, the population was 100 percent Italian. That’s probably not the case today.
In 1961, we stayed at the Luna Hotel in Venice, a very nice but very expensive hotel that opened in the sixteenth century.

The lakes in the northern Italy is my favorite place in the world......so far.
Go north too. Bergamo, Sestri Levanti (tower Marconi tested from is there).
Centovalli rail ... a must-ride.
