I want to know if somebody can help decipher whether or not this includes random private landlords getting caught up in this ?
I say no it does not include private renters and landlords, It does impact federal low income financed housing and those that hold an FHFA mortgage.
I suspect it affects landlords cazy enough to sell their souls to Section 8.
I think it secures help the landlord and the tenant. not sure though.
