OH, duh.

Clicking on the rosette in the MDC Brooklyn area does show 78 customers out of service but no way of telling if it includes MDC B?

The ConEd map interface is pretty lame. It's not detailed enough to be really useful. This local Brooklyn black-out is small potatoes. In Brooklyn, 78 customers is less than a block.

My concern about Maxwell is transporting her from Brooklyn to Manhattan. I think she fears it, too, because she waived her right to be physically present at her arraignment/trial:

Maxwell confirmed that she was waiving her right to a detention hearing and an identity hearing, agreeing with her lawyer that she wanted the detention hearing held in Manhattan federal court.

You can zoom in on the outage map to a certain level, but it then becomes difficult to break it down building by building. A few other utilities use the same software to display their outages in “real time” (give or take 15 minutes or so).
