The ConEd map interface is pretty lame. It's not detailed enough to be really useful. This local Brooklyn black-out is small potatoes. In Brooklyn, 78 customers is less than a block.

My concern about Maxwell is transporting her from Brooklyn to Manhattan. I think she fears it, too, because she waived her right to be physically present at her arraignment/trial:

Maxwell confirmed that she was waiving her right to a detention hearing and an identity hearing, agreeing with her lawyer that she wanted the detention hearing held in Manhattan federal court.

In NY, ConEd refers to amount of “out of service” to buildings, not people. IE: 53 out of service means 53 buildings. Each could hold a few or thousands!
