It happened Saturday when Zamar Jones, 7, was caught in the crossfire while playing on the porch of his home on the 200 block of North Simpson Street in West Philadelphia.
Jones was rushed to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where he died on Monday afternoon.
Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner is charging Christopher Linder with murder in connection with the shooting. Two other suspects are being sought at this time.

It’s a very sad situation, and the anti-police radicals are just making it worse.
Seems not long ago that anytime there was a tragic shooting, within short order, the left was on the airwaves bashing the NRA, calling NRA the root cause.
With all these recent shootings, has anyone heard the NRA being held responsible? Wonder why not.......how many recent shootings were carried out by NRA members?
If anything, we need the NRA now more than ever, promoting responsible gun ownership.

Seems like the NRA has been fairly quiet since the skirmish about LaPierre spending too much money, etc., but that was quite a long time ago.

Some parents are willing to bust their homes to provide a better environment for children they bore out of a desire for a family; other parents simply breed for cash payments and a life of leisure, leaving their children to fend for themselves.
