Nowadays the enemy is trans-fat which is found in bran muffins which used to be the healthy thing to eat.
Remember margarine? Butter was gonna kill everybody. Use the healthier alternative...margarine.
Now research shows...margarine is horrible for you and the fat in butter is actually beneficial in moderation.
