This should be fun. If i own a business in Seattle and my store is being robbed or damaged by protesters in the future i can now open up and fire at will, kill as many as i want and not expect the police to show up. Sounds good to me.

Huh? The police are supposed to fight crime, full stop, not measure what ethnic group investigation of a reported crime will affect. Seems like discriminatory and unequal protection to me.
Not to mention a traffic stop that turns ugly when the driver turns out to be a wanted felon on drugs. “Excuse me sir, did you notice that red light you went through at 70 mph?” Bam!
A friend had a car transporter business. One night one of his drivers called and said that a couple of guys offered him $200,000 in cash if he would walk away from his truck for 30 minutes. It was loaded with Mercedes cars.
