DE came off of NJ’s cootie list, so we were able to visit the family to celebrate a belated birthday for Grandson #1 this weekend.
Traffic was the heaviest I have seen in NJ for a long time. Everyone was out and about determined, it seemed, to salvage the summer in some way, and there is rebellion brewing there against Gov. Murphy’s ridiculous mandates. Restaurants had tents because there is no inside dining allowed. Some restaurants are going to open anyway next week—they say they will go under if they don’t. So they might as well go to jail trying.
