I have believed for years that corn syrup has increased diabetes and obesity, not sugar.
I knew people that went on very restricted fat diets, I warned them that the brain needs fat to function. The government telling people to eat more carbs and no fat has caused a lot of problems.

I’m thankful the whole family went to the meeting, especially my husband. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables, nonbreaded meats, and limited carbs will make for a healthy lifestyle and erase any damage that has been done to our bodies.

on my daily jaunt home I stopped at Walgreens to pick up some scripts.. also got Wal-zyr.. 150 capsules. 10mg . 24 hour .. guess one a day is the recommended . I already do zinc, d3, turmeric plus a lot of other supplements
My brakes are shot in my van. Just no way to get them fixed at this point. not going too fast and gently on the touch with them. Prayers every times I turn the ignition.
Have some black (dry) and brown rice soup in crock pot. Smells wonderful. Garlic, onions, fresh parsley, basil, fennel seed, bit of tomato paste and cooked in Better than Bullion veggie broth... Love soup year round = even when it is warm.
I thought the President would automatically serve another term if the nation was under a state of emergency, which it is.
