I believe the big cures on the horizon include specific genetic medicines to cure all cancers and many other diseases with genetic basis as well, such as AIDS.
For example, there is one company that has cured numerous infants of "Bubble Boy Disease," and is winding its painful way through the FDA labyrinth towards approval. These children, who were not expected to live very long, have been released from the hospital for up to 2 years, and are apparently living normal lives.
I have seen dozens of similar treatments (but for different cancers or genetic diseases) reported in the 10-Q Reports of several different companies, and these are just the companies that are public (stock-exchange listed).
One American company has been approved by the EU for the first commercially available genetic treatments along similar lines as those for "Bubble Boy" disease, but for a completely different (but severe) genetic malady.
I believe the President is well-aware of this upcoming revolution in medicine.
Of course, there are those who would slow-roll it because their industry is threatened with extinction (e.g., prostate surgery & current treatments; breast cancer industry etc.).
It will be important in Trump's second term to drain the swamp of corrupt medical authorities like Fauci, in order to let these cures come forward more rapidly.
Incidentally, I believe these "Exotic" cures are already available to certain well-connected people, accounting for their extreme longevity.
I’ve never really understood why homosexuals hate President Trump so much. As far as I can see, President Trump doesn’t have a lot of interest in that topic — which is to say he’s not “out to get them” at all. But they seem out to get him. Maybe his lack of support for transsexuals is the reason. It will be interesting if a cure for AIDS is made available by the Trump administration. Would that win any hearts and minds?
