Yes they do! And there are some who just discard things because it is hard work.
(And is is hard work! I carried for 5 weeks as a USPS temp carrier during a Winter holiday period. I lost 20 pounds! Maybe I should get off this computer snd go back to walking 6 miles a day 6 days a week! Was happy when it ended!)
