For those looking for a natural source of Quercetin, buckwheat tea, used in Japan, is a good source.

Thanks, Melian.
I have pills, but a natural source would be better if it’s not too much trouble to obtain. Sometimes, stuff just isn’t readily available.
What about eating buckwheat? Seems that would help. I learnd how to cook it Polish style and it’s excellent.

In the last few days there was a post that explained the differences in function of HCQ and Quercetin. I have not been able to find it and need the info for a friend.
If anyone has the info, please point me to it. Thanks
