Just a little unsolicited reflection of my position; that if the American Indians and Spanglish activists should be outraged at anybody, it should not be poor old Columbus, but rather Spain.

I'd think they'd be so incensed, they'd take up Austrian or some other language....anything but the language of the Conquistadors.
