DC Circuit court has decided to hear Judge Sullivan's issue en banc, i.e.: the full circuit will make a decision on Michael Flynn's fate. An absolute travesty of justice - allowing a judge to become a litigant in a case - no foundation in the Constitution whatsoever!

However, some of us predicted this; the Deep State is desperate to keep Genl. Flynn out of service until after the election... one more indication that they have tricks up their sleeves hoping by hook or by crook to throw the election in their favor {They cannot possibly be banking all their hopes on Hiden Biden... c'mon, really?}

This will go to the Supreme Court, which in its current composition with Roberts as chief justice is not reassuring.
