This speaker builds to a rage focusing on President Trump's response and how it will destroy everything etc. His delivery was such that I had to turn the sound off because it seemed to cause compression waves - the letters "t" and "P" etc. were so heavily emphasized.
The Deep State is trying to use the President's response to suggest he is undoing all that is America (another way to say constitutional crisis and beg for U.N. assistance).
The DS knows they will try to steal the election so they are flogging Trump to say he will accept the results, and when he says he'll have to see, they flogging the idea he's a dictator stealing our freedom.
