I doubt that; I have said for months that the DS wishes to delay this until the election. They must be terrified of Genl. Flynn and what he knows. If they can win the 2020 election then his threat is minimized; if not then they will have to run to where rats run.
Any justice that rules that a courtroom judge has the right to become litigant in the case would be completely destroying the whole system of jurisprudence in this country. Even as radical as they are becoming, I cannot see that happening. They will just piddle around until the election. IF they do make a decision that requires an appeal to SCOTUS - well, perhaps in some incredible fantasy you will be proved correct and I will be sent to a re-education camp. 😮
