No one should be able to deliver anothers period. If they can’t deliver themselves the rule has always been an absentee ballot.

Even absentee ballots have issues. Someone needs to come to the office to pick them up with an ID, unless the person applying for the absentee ballot is out of country.

Voter registration of homeless etc., with multiple people registered to the same address, is a massive red flag.

Have a voter drive, collect the registrations, copy them, save the copies for the next election. At the next election apply for an absentee ballot, then vote for the registered individual, forging their signature.

If that registered homeless person actually shows up to vote, and discovers they have already voted, give them a provisional ballot, so the original forged absentee still counts.

Remember the “official” in Dade County, Florida, filling out blank absentees ballots, and was caught.
