I think it is for a state representative in the electoral college. That electoral college representative for the state is the only person that votes directly for the president.

I believe you are correct.
So if each electoral college representative represents the ballot for each House of Representative District plus an additional two (one for each senator), why can't we require each representative to vote how the majority voted in each of the Congressional Districts?
The two ballots (one for each Senator) could be assigned by the Governor.
The outcomes, past and present, might be different. California, for example, would not be all Dem (winner take all).

You left out the locusts. Agree those people need prayers. On the report I watched about the flooding, it was noted that there was no sign of CCP leadership.
Unusual-they normally use it as a propaganda tool as in a tour and chest lumping about how wonderful we will handle this problem. Might this mean that CCP knows the dam will fail?
Or maybe they are hunkered in their bunkers trying to avoid whatever wrath the world is going to heap on them for their bio attack.
