At your Twitter link. I skimmed linked documents re Tergiversator. It was a series of experiments meant to determine how best to protect aircraft carriers from submarines. Tergiversator employed the use of masking noises which confused submarines and delayed their ability to identify and track aircraft carriers. If i understand them correctly, the Tweeters appear to be applying the term to the submarines, but it was technology developed to protect aircraft carriers from submarines.
Long shot theory below. Move along if looking for solid data with low miles and good handling.
This rang a bell with me (c wut I did there?). I recalled an unexplained event on 11.11.18 in which Earth was described as "ringing like a bell" for 20 minutes. It startled scientists because it had no known origin. I never read a good explanation for it - even now when I checked no one claimed to know the cause. I recall that it was a monotone with a 17 second period. Because of the 17, I wondered if this was a signal from new technology. Yeah, this is a long shot theory. I dug

Nothing on Qmap.pub for that date appealed to me re Tergiversator.SBV, like the other stations, shows long monochromatic signal with ~17s period (mono-freq Rayleigh waves?). But filtered above 1Hz SBV (lower plot) also shows seismic(?) signals from repeating sources, with some ~50s apart. Good observation, as usual, oh wonderful one, on that bell ringing. I recall reading about it. But like the massive drone “meeting” for lack of better word, over Colorado.. I kinda tucked it in my brain.
And I have never heard of the word Tergiversator. I thought it was made up lol.

Maybe the day the Earth rang like a bell was the day it also rang for freedom. Could the ringing of the Earth have created a sound wave that went out into space and changed the trajectory course of something... ?

It’s long but very interesting. Lots of good details about moon landings, seismic projects, etc. Odd coincidence on the timing of the podcast. Did they know something?
If the ringing of the Earth was unlike anything that occurred before, wouldn’t that indicate it was man made?
