Exactly.
Frankly I don’t know why (and it would’ve been Schadenfreude funny) the stores don’t shut down those stupid re-use bags with all this hysteria.
The only thing that has happened is that the stores won’t bag the groceries themselves...customer must do it himself.
When I lived in the UK....we had to bag our own, damned groceries.
It was weird to me at the time. And that was in the 90’s.
