I think it is a great idea and and workable, practical and just what is needed. May be in the works. Definitely Trump's tweets, the articles about mail in fraud, and the tweet and I think link I posted earlier tell me that Trump has a plan to keep this election clean and safe.

The Civil Rights Division of DOJ is vested with assuring that the voting rights of citizens are upheld, and it is the division to which voting right civil rights complaints may be filed. In essence the DOJ would supervise a Federal election as it deputizes the polling place for temporarily housing a division of local Civil Rights Division units of the DOJ.

Regarding voteing rights, having illegals vote, votes stolen, manufactured and all the rest nullifies many legitimage voers' votes! Definitely a voting rights issue.

Another Freeper contended that an E.O. would have to be something applied only to Federal Employees.

Maybe I'm not understanding the import; why would such en EO only apply to Fed employees?

An EO is used to execute laws.
That meaning that only those that execute laws are impacted by an EO.
Employees of the Executive branch execute laws made by the legislative branch.
The People, being those that placed the Executive as supervisor over the Branch, do not have to abide by any directives in an EO.
In times of war and declared emergencies (of both, we are in), the Executive can legislate (take the place of the Legislature) and citizens are bound to it until such time the declaration is ended.

I sent the Strategy: How Trump may preserve and protect the Federal Election process in 2020 and beyond directly to Jenna Ellis through the Falkirk Center and to Jay Sekulow.

Both are Trump's legal advisors, so one way or another Trump 2020 advisory team will have this strategy to consider.

Anyone have Rudy's eMail?

He conduct of elections, both federal and state are the province of the separate states. Nuff said
Positioning ICE and NG is a great idea, we all recall the video of black panthers in Philly. BTW. That video clearly described a couple violations of law, I recall the perps being identified and charges were brought. But what I don’t recall is the disposition of that case. Wasn’t that soon after Holder sent out his famous ‘ no blacks shall be prosecuted’ memo
