Not just Thailand has children vulnerable to sexual predators, but nearly every third world country.

Hundreds of thousand street kids are vulnerable to give sex for money, and you also have kids sold by “parents”, or even kidnapped and disappear. In a lot of towns, the cops will look away if you bribe them.

The problem is getting the kids out of the country, so sexual perverts usually just take a vacation in these countries.
