Hundreds of thousand street kids are vulnerable to give sex for money, and you also have kids sold by “parents”, or even kidnapped and disappear. In a lot of towns, the cops will look away if you bribe them.
The problem is getting the kids out of the country, so sexual perverts usually just take a vacation in these countries.
And now child cyberporn is big here in the Philippines...
