SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) A 30-year-old COVID-19 patient at a San Antonio hospital has died after reportedly attending a COVID party.
Dr. Jane Appleby, Chief Medical Officer at Methodist Hospital, said shes sharing the heartbreaking story, not because she wants to be an alarmist, but because she wants the community to know that the virus is serious and it can spread easily.

Summertime is when the hospitals and ICUs have the highest occupancy rates..check previous years at the same time
Bingo! A healthy individual with a low viral load who is asymptomatic but continually wears a mask will merely be rebreathing the virus thereby increasing the viral load and making them MORE infectious.
More lying propaganda.
You mean masks that you can blow out a match through?
Don’t be so gullible McFly!
“A” man. Oh-noes! Sorry he died, but this means just about nothing as far as covid is concerned.
I sure as hell cant blow out a match through my N95 masks...you must have lungs of steel!
Because that is not true. Aerosol droplets are <2.5um in size. That is too small for any mask to catch. Either breathing in or out.
Cloth masks pass thru 97% of such droplets, and surgical masks 44%. There are references for this.
And, a single droplet contains enough virus to infect anyone. Masks are worthless, and CDC/WHO have known this for quite some time.

According to studies I’ve reviewed a cloth mask passes up to 97% of the aerosol droplets known to infect anyone. That means a cloth mask stops 3%. In same study a surgical mask averaged 44%.
Masks are crappola to stop any virus. And, this virus is strong enough to infect anyone if they breath in a single such droplet.
That study in BS. First, the virus is infective when droplets are <2.5um in size. The article, as a bit of misdirection, talks about droplets 8 times larger — the size of droplets that are threatening if you are talking about a bacterial infection.
2nd, ever try breating thru a wet rag? That is what water-boarding is about.
Complete misdirection.
Cloth masks block only 3% of viral droplets — there are references for this.
Virus size is important as it means even a small droplet can carry enough virus “cells” to infect anyone — unlike bacteria. And, a small droplet that can do this is as small as 2.5um. That is small enough to stay airborne indefinitely and pass thru any mask. Cloth masks pass 97%. Yes, pass.
No, it’s just the way the virus works.
First a spike in positive cases - no extra deaths. People can take a couple of weeks to get sick enough for the hospital.
Then a spike in hospitalizations - no extra deaths.
Hospitalized people who die can take 3-4 weeks to die after entering the hospital, so based on the spike in hospitalizations over the last couple of weeks, we’ll start to see deaths really spike in about a week.
No need to argue about it now - let’s just wait a week and if I’m wrong I’m happy to admit it (and I hope I’m wrong).
HIPAA covers you while you are alive.
This person is now dead.
At least he died doing what he enjoyed.
You are exaggerating by over a factor of 500%.
Do you lie as a way of life?
The death rate in vented covid patients is around 35% and no one is being booked up to a ventilator to make more money. But thanks for dropping that little load of crap here.
And how many are using N95 masks?
Not a lot. That thin clothmasks most people have are useless.
I thought I saw his picture and he looked pretty overweight to me. I need to go back and look at his picture.
It isn’t. People aren’t wearing “proper masks”. Why is that hard for you to understand?
