Yes. A convenience store I frequent just told me today that their bank informed them that they would not be able to provide change for the next three months. She said the manager was giving away coin rolling sleeves to customers and asking them to please bring in their change.

Smart Manager I was at the local Dollar General the other day. They have a sign saying they need change and no fee to turn it in. I've got a full jar of coins, probably $300-400. I asked if they had a coin counter. They don't, but would take it if it was rolled. They didn't have any rolls. I would take it to the credit union but the lobby has been closed sine March.
