“My endocrinologist says it’s starchy carbs(includes fruits). Leafy greens and such are free. Starchy carbs should be no more than 50-60g per day. IE 15 @ each meal (3 meals/da) and 15 at a snack-max. If it ain’t green-it counts as a carb. This is tough when potatoes are the only veggie I really like.”
