So any person trying to sell an overpriced item on a non-specific website is automatically guilty of something illegal?

My entire point is that sometimes people will ask ridiculous prices because....they can. It does not mean they are doing anything illegal, frankly I would say they are being ridiculous.

What I posted was an overpriced paperback ($900) in a way that was odd; because the book appeared as a prop in a bookcase visual.

Most people choose happier books than that one.
