I do want to take away the rights of employers to fire employees Over social media posts. I make no pretense about that. What do you think the consequences of exercising your first amendment rights should be? Are there any limits? Is there no reason too petty for an employer to fire someone? You do realize if the SJW mob wants to get you on video they will, right? And then they will send it to your employer? This Type of intimidation is OK? I disagree. It has to stop. You take away the companies right to fire someone over social media, then you also take away their responsibility so they cannot be blamed or held liable. So they dont have to worry about it. There I just let the cowardly companies off the hook. Happy?
Great. You’ve now admitted your idea sucks. Conversation over.
The consequences should be what the people around you want them to be. If people don’t want to deal with you/ pay you because of what you said that IS THEIR RIGHT. Just as YOU have the right to dissociate from people you want to.
I’m not worried about intimidation cause I’m not a crybaby like the guy in this post. Nor a whiner. $%%hole. Or just generally abusive. I can be on social media WITH my boss, whom I disagree with on pretty much EVERYTHING and never run into any conflict. Not intimidated, just smart.
