Albuterol probably would not help with inflammation (cytokine storm), but would possibly help with immediate breathing needs (ie as a rescue inhaler) as it opens up the airways. Theoretically, budesonide or other corticosteroid (inhaled or intravenous, or by mouth) would quell the inflammatory response associated with covid infection. Really, the treatment goal is to prevent the inflammation, possibly with HCQ or other antiviral therapies, to prevent the inflammatory response from setting in.
Yeah, I see. I’m going to look up more herb anti-inflammatory herbs.
Why not use aspirin if inflammation control is the goal? Is it not the "Holy Grail" of anti-inflammatories?
