So, someone made it up. Thanks for letting me know.
As I recall it was one of many memes created the day Maxwell was arrested ;)
When she was arrested it was released on that media’s website and someone captured it before it was taken down - it was posted on the last thread within a day of her arrest.
Conjecture was that the media already had their talking notes and someone internal to the org either posted It early to get word out or just released it too soon.
