I have wondered about Rep Massie's info. So there's no Contitutional authority to force face masks, and yet here we are. You can't go into a store unless you have one on. The gov will go after the business owner with fines if they allow you in.
In my work capacity, I had to talk to someone tangentially involved in Covid-19 and he asked whether we had a written policy formally ordering employees to quarantine themselves if they feel ill. As I tried to explain, he thought I was somehow non-compliant and began hurling the acronyms of all the organizations that will "Shut you down!" This was before he let me answer. "OSHA will shut you down.." Over and over, naming an acronym ready and willing to "SHUT YOU DOWN!"
Ridiculous rules about handing something to a person (new mask and gloves every single time you deliver a packet of documents in person). Say, does the mailman do that?
So how come we can wander around stores picking up apples that others have touched? Wouldn't we need a new pair of gloves before pulling/pushing on doors to enter/exit businesses?
We're told we risk arrest for walking outside without a mask and can't enter a bank or grocery store without one.
Are there lawsuits going forward against this violation of Constitutional rights that the MSM is hiding from us? I tried looking it up and was redirected to state laws (yet unchallenged?) that award rights to the State that don't seem to match our Constitutional rights.
In CA, our Attorney General is as corrupt as a Deep Stater can get, so it's not like we have someone interested in upholding the Constitutional laws of citizens!
I found a few in PA that were businesses losing cases against having to close operations for quarantine - but that's PA. I suspect the MSM/GOogle are only giving oxygen to stories that fit the narrative.

So is it that Deep State courts are refuting Constitutional law and the MSM is silencing any reports of cases making inroads to proper assertion of Constitutional rights? The Contact Tracing strikes me as bizarre - they can just relocate/track a person repeatedly, every time the person is deemed "exposed" and detain them with daily monitoring until they say it's Ok? Oh, I know there's a 14 day quarantine, but they still have to "authorize" you to leave quarantine. Weird!
Re: George Washington vaccinating troops against smallpox during the Revolutionary War.
The Revolutionary War was fought from 1776 to 1783. According to Wikipedia (yeah, I know, Wikipedia) the first vaccine of any type (yes, it was for smallpox) was developed in 1796, in England, by Edward Jenner. The first smallpox vaccine was administered in the US in 1799, by physician Valentine Seamen to his children.
The term vaccine was coined by Jenner in 1798. This claim doesn't pass the smell test to me.
That response in the tweet from Walter A Clyburn Reed who stated that George Washington had his troops vaccinated against small pox has me riled up!

This statement of Clyburns’ is NOT strictly accurate. From the CDC website:
“The basis for vaccination began in 1796 when an English doctor named Edward Jenner observed that milkmaids who had gotten cowpox did not show any symptoms of smallpox after variolation.”
Clearly Washington did NOT vaccinate his troops in 1777. What he may have had done was “variolation” which involved a tiny amount from a sore that was lightly scratched onto an person or inhaled.
The word vaccination owes it’s roots to the latin word for cow due to Jenner’s developing a vaccine using cow pox.
At any rate, he did NOT order the entire population to submit to the process-just the military assuming this is even accurate and not just rewritten history.
I just want to remind everyone again, of the dangers of a rushed-to- market-vaccine. Having been one of those receiving the first ever polio vaccine, I will never forget it.
I am one of the lucky ones, I did not die, become permanently disabled, live the rest of my life in an iron lung, or get SV40. A bad batch from Cutter lab in 1955 was given to 220 thousand children and 144 thousand developed polio or died. This is more than would have typically gotten the disease if just letting nature take its course.
SV40 virus contamination of the polio virus happened between 1955-1961. It is a potential cancer causing agent.

It has taken decades for the CDC to acknowledge mistakes were made.
So I say again, I will not take their vaccine unless it is several years down the line and has been proven effective, not harmful, and POTUS and all his family takes it too. Then and only then will I even consider it.
