First you have to understand that there is a 'shadow government' working against Trump and his administration and that we are currently engaged in a 'silent war' against them for the very control of the future of American and the world.
If you can wrap your head around that reality, then the Q program makes more sense.
The derps (deep/derp state) have been paying attention to Q's messages from the beginning. Even they get it. They are fully aware that Trump/Q 'have it all' and they have been reacting to that realization for the past three years.
