If the police did not place the barricade, then the AP article is FAKE NEWS. The AP article wants us to believe that the ATTEMPTED CLOSURE of the interstate was sanctioned by and done by the police. The reporter who wrote the article knew or should have known the facts. If the police did not participate in the closure of the interstate, then the protestors placed themselves in harms way by an act of commission on their part.
