Kanye West is an artist, producer, record label executive and fashion designer, but thats apparently not enough for the multi-hyphenate. Now, the hip-hop powerhouse is looking to add another job to his ever-expanding resume: politician.
The rapper took to Twitter on Americas birthday (July 4) to officially announce he is running for the highest office in the land. The superstar began his message by writing, We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future, and he quickly got straight to the point by stating quite plainly, I am running for president of the United States! He then added the hashtag #2020VISION, which may be something he continues to use moving forward.

Someone made a handy ballot access map. NC and TX have passed the deadline.
FL and MI are likely too soon for anyone to make it or require too many sigs.
But WI and PA (and VA) are there.
Agreed. This is bad news
Elon Musk met with West a couple days ago. Musk is now saying he is supporting West. I’m sure Musk knows he can’t win which suggest he believes the polls against trump right now?
Don’t blame me, I voted for Tom McClintock.
What a DUMBASS!!
oh, My God, Kardashians all over the WH.
They will make the Clintons look high class.
If you vote for Biden over Kanye, you ain't black!
According to Rasmussen, that number is now at 40%.
Nope. You need to familiarize yourself with who actually listens to his music. Not conservatives in any significant numbers, I’m sure lololololololol
“He’s been building an evangelical coalition while everyone was sleeping.”
I’ve always thought he’s a hack opportunist since his alleged “conversion” — another way Satan is making inroads with low-I.Q. and easily manipulated voters. But that’s just me ...
This is a low info barbarian voter draw. I think he could actually raise a bunch of people who never vote to vote. Not sure of the effect on Trump, but it remains to be seen if he is capable of denigrating antifa hate democrats without alienating liberals. For sure Obama ran against Hillary on that messaging and it worked. It could however draw out from these idiot idenpendent voters who always seem to side with democrats despite democrats having zero respect for anyone not fully embracing them dependenlty
“””What conservatives do you know who would vote for a joke candidate?
I can name a bunch of dumb lefties who would.””
Remember when he came out all christian...they are the ones I fear will vote for him
Lucky for her she picked a media-hound who fits right into the biggest media-hound family in the country.
The Rat’s plan never works...
Fake polls
Mueller investigation
Impeachment
Corona Virus
Riots
and on and on and on...
Perfect. That should end Biden
Smart!
All "swing states" (maybe except for Ohio).
If Kanye gets on the ballot in those states, Trump will take them all.
Yet we under a soft, medical martial law and on the path for a military-forced universal mRNA “vaccination”.
Trump supporters won’t peel off for Kanye but Biden’s black vote is very soft (due to his political history) and a lot could head to Kanye. Why would they want a black woman as VP (controlled by a white guy) when they could have another black president, and a celebrity rapper at that?
Potus only won the rust-belt by small amounts. The union class and evangelicals who gave him a win won’t go to Kanye. Any black voter surge and maybe a youth surge will be absorbed by Kanye across the country. I can see the rust belts going again for Potus again, as well as the other swing states.
The danger here is the down-ballots. A surge of Kanye voters - will they vote Dem down-ballot? That would be bad as some astute people have commented earlier in this thread.
Too many twists in this story still to come.
