The thing to remember with r/K theory is that r is not 100% bad, it has its place and acceptable limits.
Those with a genetic disposition towards r can grow up to be fine upstanding citizens.
External influences during development and choices by the individual make much more difference than genetics.
You could take the most K disposed genetics in the world and raise the kid to be a spoiled r selected liberal brat through bad parenting and it would be even worse if he made bad choices.
The book has lots of useful information even if you end up coming to slightly different conclusions than the author.
My oldest son's dreams of the last few days led him to search and find this:

The title is a bit misleading because it is the St. Louis prosecutor that was funded by Soros, NOT the couple. The couple won't stand a chance against this evil prosecutor who is the same one that put the rioters and looters right back on the street and will not prosecute crimes in St. Louis in general. I’ve seen the embedded intelligence operation in the US with my own eyes when I got involved in grass roots conservative activism. The informant network be beyond anything any normal citizen here could imagine being possible in the US.
Operation TIPS (google it) was actually it. It existed, but they were trying to bring it into the open and get an excuse for having built it. It is horrific. Worse than the Stasi.
For those of us (and there are a few on FR) who have seen it, Q has made perfect sense. He was inevitable. It was at the point where it was too big to hide, but too small to do a full take over. If anybody was going to strike, now was the time.

The county also has a plethora of Democrats controlling things. I figured the county would resist, because they want all the embezzlement money for themselves and don’t want to share with the city.
Page has reinstituted the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, which had years of corruption before becoming sort of inactive. Not sure if it will be on the up and up this time or not.
I haven’t paid a lot of attention to St. Louis stuff since I quit working down town. A friend of mine at work, was well acquainted with Mayor Freeman Bosley Jr. She went to school with his kids.
