County shut down Salons on 7th March 2020. Past Monday they let them open and shut down Tuesday Midnight again. Today I went to the store for a hair cut and it was closed with a notice on the door. I called Hairstylist and she was in tears. She is a Polish immigrant and in her 50s.
My hairs are thick, dense, and oily. Now I have to wash every other day because it becomes very heavy if I don’t wash and heaviness gives me a headache.

Why did they let them open for just 2 days?
