When mine goes down I always call and saw I want that time it was down taken off my bill because I pay for it 24/7.
Doesn’t add up to much but if everyone did it, it sure would.

Internet company always says that the service is down due to them working on the lines, usually not out for a terribly long time, just frustrating.
