We have several picnic tables at the pavilion. Maybe they can sit there. Only problem is no beverages can be served without another alcohol license.

Can you make it fun night. When people arrive give them a colored wrist band. And every hour or two announce what color of wristband sits inside. I think it would end up funny to do. That giving people a chance to buy drinks and go inside and out. Like musical chairs(wristbands). Something on this order.
