He’s waiting for them to pull whatever shenanigans they have planned regarding replacement of Biden, before he starts in earnest. I think that’s why Barr is saying that Durham will be wrapping up at the end of summer. Trump knows how important this is and I don’t think he’s leaving anything to chance.
