Same old playbook. Take advantage of “slave” wages, bribe the government officials, drain the country dry, and make sure the people are too busy trying to survive to notice or care.
I guess they already ruined Venezuela so not on their list apparently.
That, and use the veneer of “economic development” to hide the real truth - money laundering, kickbacks, sex trafficking, and general corruption. Not much different than how mobsters used legitimate fronts for their nefarious dealings.
