It was a huge mistake for to bring in porta potties, and provide garbage service. I am not a fan of Niki Haley, but when Occupy took over the SC State House property, Haley did not provide sanitation. the longer it went on, the smellier it got. After a while, that was a big incentive for the squatters to leave.

Exactly right. Unintended consequences of this,plus free food and medical have attracted Seattle's infamous vagrant and mentally ill "community". They have even pushed the BLM people out. The cops say cleaning up the mess is now even more difficult (Seattle's vagrants are like sacred cows in India)
