It was a huge mistake for to bring in porta potties, and provide garbage service. I am not a fan of Niki Haley, but when Occupy took over the SC State House property, Haley did not provide sanitation. the longer it went on, the smellier it got. After a while, that was a big incentive for the squatters to leave.

Council member Kashama Sawant is far more intelligent then Mayor Durkan.

I am not sure about Raz, but he got a 70k grant from the city of seattle for a music studio so he is probably smarter than Durkan too.

I saw an article saying he has connections with and received money from some arab country, but I dont remember the specifics and this is not mentioned in his wiki bio.

Regardless all of them are smarter than Inslee
