The only talk about cases. Not hospitalizations, not ventilators in use, not deaths. Just positive tests. At some point if those other things don’t rise too all it shows is that being positive isn’t actually as big a deal as they told us. So far it looks that way.
They need to seperate actual cases being treated by a doctor from positive test results that have no symptoms and in a wait and see status with no active treatment.
Tht idiot N.M. governor gets all a twitter over her 'new cases' that are just positive tests. She ignores the glaring fact that for example, June 9th there were 193 covid patients in the state hospital census and today that number is 114. There have been 20 straight days of no increase in hospitalizations.
But rational numbers have no place in state government when you're tightening the stay home noose around the citizens necks.
