An entity that can cause riots, hold back the police, crash an economy over a virus, send infected people to nursing homes to up the death toll - like the DNC - yes, they could easily be using "testing" to infect people. Or at least to spread false positives.

I've been wondering how they were 'salting" these hot spots. Early on I figured they were sending people from Wuhan to NYC and Milan. Then I figured they were sending people to the demonstrations.
