Attorneys for the Association of American Physicians & Surgeons (AAPS), filed a lawsuit on Monday seeking the preliminary injunction to force the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), to release the drugs.
AAPS claims that nearly 100 million doses of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) were donated to these agencies, and yet they have not released virtually any of it to the public.
So the FDA can spend millions of $ or whatever to buy baby parts and mix up with mice for ultra nefarious reasons and they refuse to release safe needed drugs.
DEMOLISH THE FDA!
Whatever little good it does can be done by some other existing department or agency.
